How to Book

• Click the 'Book Here' Button on our website.
• This will direct you to a booking form to fill in.
• Payment for camps is payable via BACS transfer. Payment details are displayed on the booking form.

Camp Location &Timings

• Camps take place at Amesbury School, Hazel Grove, Hindhead GU26 6BL



• Camps run from 10.00-3.00 daily

• Early drop off and late pickup options are available on booking form for an additional cost.
  

 Drop off / Pick Up

• Entrance to the school site will be available through Keffolds Gate only
• Drop off and pick up will operate from the sports hall Foyer where a registration table will be setup.
• Parents should sign their child in and out daily with a camp staff member

What to wear

Sports Kit

• T-shirt
• Shorts/leggings/ tracksuit bottoms
• Jumper/hoodie,
• Socks
• Trainers

What kit and items should my child bring with them?

• Packed Lunch - Nut free.
• Water bottle
• Sun cream - Please refer to our suncream policy for more details on approved brands.
• Sun hat
• Warm clothing, under layers (if appropriate for weather conditions.
• Waterproof jacket

Health Conditions, Medication, Injury, Allergies

• When filling in the booking form you will be asked to provide details of any health conditions, allergies, current medications that camp staff need to be aware of.
• Parents will be required to fill in an additional consent form if any medication needs to be administered during camp hours. This should be completed at drop off on the first day of camp.
